How we launch your supplement in 5 steps
Discovery
We get on a call to understand your product, current volume, target markets, and scaling goals. By the end, you'll have a clear production roadmap with pricing estimates and a recommended manufacturing path. We'll also flag anything that could slow you down later, like restricted ingredients or claims that won't pass regulatory review.
Week 1-2Formulation
If you're going custom, our formulators build your product from scratch. If you want to move faster, we'll match you with a formula from our catalog of 800+ ready-to-launch options across 11 categories and customize flavour, dosage, or format. Clients get access to browse the full catalog during onboarding.
Week 2-5Compliance
We prepare and file your NPN application with Health Canada or handle your FDA registration for the US market. We also design compliant bilingual labels during this phase so there's no gap between approval and production. Pro tip: we start compliance work in parallel with formulation to save weeks.
Week 3-7Production
We place your run with the right manufacturer in our preferred network, at the pricing and production priority our combined client volume unlocks. We manage the run, coordinate quality testing, and get you a full Certificate of Analysis before anything ships. Typical production takes 4–5 weeks depending on dosage form and batch size.
Week 7-11Launch
We finalize your packaging, coordinate fulfillment logistics, and make sure everything is retail-ready and compliant. Most clients are market-ready within 2 weeks of receiving inventory. We stay involved after launch too: reorders, new SKUs, and label updates are all part of the ongoing relationship.
